Taking Care of My Stepmom
Phone-tested by Ralph H. · Oct 30, 2026
Your father leaves for two weeks, and your adult stepmother is stuck at home with a broken leg. Dressing, moving around and bedtime all need your help, and her requests grow. On Candy.ai, you can start episode 1 without an account and unlock episode 2 with a free one. Each of episodes 3 to 5 is billed at 12 tokens.
Two weeks as the only helper in the house
The premise is a caregiving job that gets more personal every night. Your father is away for a fortnight, and your adult stepmother cannot manage alone, so you step in. The official setup adds that her requests escalate, then asks how long you can keep refusing. That question is the hook, and the whole series leans on it.
I watched episode 1 with the subtitles on. Your father is already heading out, and he thanks you for looking after her. Once he is gone, she asks for help getting dressed for an appointment. Her remarks promise that the real help will be needed later tonight. The scene flirts without getting explicit, so judge from it whether slow teasing is your taste.
A 36-token bill beside a 240-token stepmother series
Episodes 1 and 2 cost 0 tokens, and the other three cost 12 each, so the paid part is 36 tokens. I checked the card on Candy.ai on 2026-10-30 and the layout matched. A 100-token Premium month would still hold 64 tokens after this series.
Accident with my Stepmom is another stepmother title, but it belongs to the Spicy tier. It runs ten episodes, eight of them paid at 30 tokens, so its bill reaches 240, more than six times this one. Its first two episodes also sit behind Premium. If budget decides, this is the cheaper door into the same theme.
Who should take the caregiver's chair
Choose this if you like slow escalation inside one house, with one other character in focus. Five episodes suit a few short sessions on your phone, and the first two cost nothing. If you want a bigger cast or a change of scenery, it will feel narrow.
Open episode 1 on Candy.ai first, since it needs no account, and give it five minutes before you decide. Lower the brightness on public transport; a stepmother story is a lot for a crowded train. If it works, a free sign-up opens episode 2, and the 36 tokens begin at episode 3.

Questions
Is Taking Care of My Stepmom free?
Partly, because the first two episodes cost nothing. Episode 1 plays without an account, and episode 2 needs a free Candy.ai sign-up. Episodes 3 to 5 cost 12 tokens each, 36 in total, per the series card checked on 2026-10-30.
How many episodes does Taking Care of My Stepmom have?
Five, according to the Candy.ai card dated 2026-10-30: two free and three paid. Accident with my Stepmom, another stepmother title, has ten, so this one is half that length. Only episode 1 is summarized on this page.
Which subtitle languages does Taking Care of My Stepmom have?
Seven: English, French, German, Spanish and Italian lead the list, followed by Portuguese and Japanese. Pick one in the player menu before episode 1 starts. Her Stepmom Is the Boss, which has the same five episodes, lists six and leaves out Japanese.
