I tested Candy Shorts the way you will use it: on a phone, scrolling the feed, token counter in view. My verdict is simple: watch the free episodes first, then pay only for a series you already want to finish. Candy.ai makes the sums easy, because each paid episode has a token price set by its tier.

On legitimacy, here is what you can check yourself. The charge appears as EverAI (EverAI Limited, Malta), and you can cancel at any time in settings. A phone test cannot audit a company, so treat those two facts as the whole of what this review verifies. So before paying, look for the cancel option in settings.

Skip it if you want to binge without counting tokens, because every episode after the second has a price. Try it if short, pay-as-you-go episodes suit how you watch on a phone. Either way, a regular series lets you find out before spending anything.

What you get for free

On a regular series, episode 1 plays without an account, and episode 2 plays once you register for free. After those two, each episode costs tokens, and the tier sets the price. The free share depends on how long the series is. Spicy series are the exception, and they need Premium even for episodes 1 and 2.

Camp Rules gives you two of its five episodes free, a 40 percent share. YES MA'AM gives you the same two out of 35 episodes, about 6 percent, with 33 left to pay for. If you want to test a story cheaply, start with a short series.

Token costs per tier

Paid episodes cost 12 tokens on a regular series and 30 tokens on a regular series in the star tier. A Spicy series costs 30 tokens, or 50 in the star tier. That makes four groups, priced at 12, 30, 30 and 50 tokens per paid episode, as checked on 2026-10-30. Star-tier status comes from the price on the card, not from a name in the title.

The tier changes the bill a lot, even when the episode count stays the same. Camp Rules costs 36 tokens for its three paid episodes. My Stepmom Sophie Dee Caught Me Changing, a star-tier series, costs 90 for five episodes, 2.5 times as much. The Spicy series My Stepsister is Back - Bonnie Blue needs 150, so check the tier before episode 3.

What Premium adds

Premium gives you 100 tokens a month and unlimited messages. It also adds 18+ images and video, live action, and the option to create your own AI girlfriend. For Shorts, the tokens are the number that matters. At 12 tokens an episode, 100 tokens buys 8 episodes; at 30 tokens it buys 3.

Premium is also the gate for Spicy series, whose episodes 1 and 2 stay locked without it. A regular series needs no Premium to start, while a Spicy series does. If Spicy and the extras do not matter to you, the free episodes may be all you need.
